L'invention porte sur un composé de formule (I): où R1 est un groupe oxo, =N-R ou analogue ou un groupe de formule (I); R2 est un groupe de formule (I); R3 et R4 sont chacun H, ou C1-C6 alkyle, C3-C6 cycloalkyle, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkylamino, Di (C1-C6) alkylamino ou C1-C6 alkylthio, tous facultativement substitués; et R5 est H, ou C1-C6 alkyle, C2-C6 alcényle, un groupe cyclique, tous facultativement substitué, -CO-R8 ou -O-R8', ou un de leurs sels. Ledit composé s'avère utile comme médicament pour la prophylaxie ou le traitement de maladies circulatoires, de troubles du métabolisme et/ou de maladies du SNC.
