A b s t r a c t The vaccine consists of inactivated micro-organisms of certain strains of Lactobacterium acidophilum (which have been deposited in a culture collection) in a physio- logically tolerated solution. The micro-organisms, preferably of eight strains, are present in approximately equal numbers per strain; they are obtained by aerobic culture. The vaccine produces immunity and may be used for the therapeutic treatment of the Trichomonas syndrome.
