The invention relates to an HF test prod, comprising a housing (10) and a contact unit (12) for electrically contacting at least one contact point of a specimen, wherein an HF coaxial line (14) that connects the housing (10) and the contact unit (12) electrically and mechanically is arranged between said housing unit and said contact unit, said line having an external conductor (16), an internal conductor (18) arranged coaxially to the external conductor (16), and a dielectric (20) arranged between the external conductor (16) and internal conductor (18), characterized in that the external conductor (16) is designed as a hollow profile section from a rigid, elastically deformable material, wherein the internal conductor (18) is arranged coaxially to said hollow profile section and the dielectric (20) is gas or vacuum.

L'invention concerne une pointe de mesure HF présentant un logement (10) et une unité de contact (12) permettant la mise en contact électrique d'au moins un point de contact d'un échantillon. Une ligne coaxiale HF (14) assurant la liaison électrique et mécanique entre le logement (10) et l'unité de contact (12) est agencée entre ces derniers. Ladite ligne coaxiale HF présente un conducteur extérieur (16), un conducteur intérieur (18) agencé de manière coaxiale par rapport au conducteur extérieur (16) et un diélectrique (20) agencé entre le conducteur extérieur (16) et le conducteur intérieur (18). Ladite pointe de mesure HF est caractérisée en ce que le conducteur extérieur (16) se présente sous la forme d'un profil creux constitué d'un matériau rigide, élastiquement déformable, le conducteur intérieur (18) étant agencé de manière coaxiale par rapport à ce profil creux et le diélectrique (20) étant un gaz ou un vide.
