A steel sheet having a high Al content, characterized in that it has an Al content of 6.5 to 10 mass %, and the accumulation degree of the {222} face of .alpha.-Fe crystal to the surface of the steel sheet is 60 % to 95 % and/or the accumulation degree of the {200} face of the crystal to the surface is 0.01 to 15 %; a method for producing the above steel sheet having a high Al content on a large scale at a low cost; a metal foil having a high Al content; a method for producing the metal foil; and a metal carrier which uses the metal foil having a high Al content. The above steel sheet having a high Al content exhibits excellent workability.
L'invention concerne une feuille d'acier de forte teneur en Al, caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède une teneur en Al comprise entre 6,5 et 10 % en masse, et le degré d'accumulation de la face {222} d'un cristal a-Fe à la surface de la feuille d'acier est compris entre 60 % et 95 % et/ou le degré d'accumulation de la face {200} du cristal à la surface est compris entre 0,01 et 15 % ; un procédé de fabrication de la feuille d'acier ci-dessus de forte teneur en Al à grande échelle et à faible coût ; un film de métal de forte teneur en Al ; un procédé de fabrication du film de métal ; et une porteuse de métal utilisant le film de métal de forte teneur en Al. La feuille d'acier ci-dessus de forte teneur en Al présente une excellente usinabilité.
