A high capacitance mirror driver cell provides reduced photocurrent leakage and includes a metal (1) layer comprising integrated circuit elements and a metal (2) layer comprising additional integrated circuit elements, the metal (2) layer being positioned over and associated with send metal (1) layer. A metal (3) layer blocking tight and forming a ground plane and a metal (4) mirror layer covering at least a portion of said dielectric material and said metal (3) layer for forming a capacitive element operating to substantially reduce the effects of photocurrent leakage.

L'invention a pour objet une cellule miroir de commande à capacité élevée qui permet de réduire la fuite du courant photoélectrique. Elle est constituée d'une couche de métal (1) qui comprend des éléments de circuit intégré et une couche de métal (2) qui comprend des éléments supplémentaires de circuit intégré, la couche de métal (2) étant placée sur la couche de métal d'envoi (1) et reliée à celle-ci. Une couche de métal (3) bloque la lumière et forme un plan de masse, une couche de métal (4) recouvrant au moins une partie du matériau diélectrique. La couche de métal (3) forme un élément capacitif, actionné pour réduire sensiblement les effets de fuite de courant photoélectrique.
