A B S T R A C T An improved logic panel board having three conductive layers, the external layers both being ground planes while the voltage plane is located between the ground planes. Socket contacts with wire wrapping pins are mounted in the panel board in dual-in-line arrays, one of the contacts in each array being electrically connected to both ground planes and another contact in each array being electrically connected to the voltage plane.
