A tube with a high dimensional accuracy manufacturable at low cost and having sufficient fatigue strength throughout the wide range of size requirement of the tube and a method of manufacturing the tube. With a plug (1) inserted into a metal tube (5), the metal tube (5) is pushed and passed through the hole of a die (2) for pushing-out. Thus, the pushed-out tube with the high dimensional accuracy in which one or more of an outer diameter deviation, inner diameter deviation, and circumferential wall thickness deviation are 3.0% or less can be provided.
Cette invention se rapporte à un tube ayant une précision des dimensions élevée, pouvant être fabriqué à faible coût et présentant une résistance à la fatigue suffisante sur toute la large plage des tailles requises de ce tube, ainsi qu'à un procédé de fabrication de ce tube. Grâce à un bouchon (1) inséré dans un tube en métal (5), ce tube en métal est poussé et amené à traverser le trou d'une matrice (2) pour en être expulsé. On peut ainsi produire un tube expulsé ayant une précision des dimensions élevée et dont l'un ou plusieurs des écarts suivants, écart de diamètre externe, écart de diamètre interne et écart d'épaisseur de paroi circonférentielle, ne dépassent pas 3,0 %.
