The present invention concerns a composite cement paving with photocatalytic action for reducing urban polluting agents, composed of a bituminous or cement foundation, a resin having the function of interface, a superficial cement layer with photocatalytic properties able to reduce organic and inorganic polluting agents, said paving also comprising reinforcing materials and possible suitably positioned fibrous materials. The paving thus realised presents a strong photocatalytic action, prolonged overtime, even in the presence of high mechanical stress caused by heavy traffic.

L'invention porte sur un revêtement routier fait d'un ciment composite à pouvoir photocatalytique réduisant les agents polluants urbains, et se composant: d'une fondation de bitume ou de ciment; d'une résine servant d'interface; d'une couche superficielle de ciment à propriétés photocatalytiques capable de réduire les agents polluants organiques et non organiques; de matériaux de renfort et éventuellement de matériaux fibreux correctement disposés. Ledit revêtement routier, outre son fort pouvoir photocatalytique, présente une longue durée de vie, même en présence des fortes contraintes mécaniques résultant d'un trafic intense.
