The method results in high-level, long-term expression of reporter genes and enhanced cardiac function in hamster models of heart disease.

Le procédé permet d'obtenir une expression à long terme, de niveau élevé, des gènes rapporteurs et une fonction cardiaque améliorée dans des modèles de maladie de coeur chez le hamster.
