Méthode pour la conversion catalytique à haut rendement de monoxyde de carbone (CO) en dioxyde de carbone (CO2), consistant d'abord à envoyer un flux gazeux renfermant du monoxyde de carbone à une vitesse déterminée préalablement dans une zone réactionnelle (3) et à y faire réagir le monoxyde de carbone pour former un flux gazeux contenant du dioxyde de carbone lors d'une étape préliminaire d'accélération du flux renfermant le monoxyde de carbone en amont de la zone réactionnelle (3).
