The present invention relates to purified and isolated DNA sequences having protein production increasing activity and more specifically to the use of matrix attachment regions (MARs) for increasing protein production activity in a eukaryotic cell. Also disclosed is a method for the identification of said active regions, in particular MAR nucleotide sequences, and the use of these characterized active MAR sequences in a new multiple transfection method.
L'invention concerne des séquences d'ADN purifié et isolé présentant une activité d'accroissement de la production de protéines, et plus particulièrement l'utilisation de régions d'attachement à la matrice (MAR) pour accroître l'activité de production de protéines dans une cellule eucaryote. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour l'identification de ces régions actives, en particulier de séquences nucléotidiques MAR, ainsi que l'utilisation de ces séquences MAR actives caractérisées dans un nouveau procédé de transfection multiple.
