A high-efficiency three-di-mensional solar cell is provided, which is suitable for any place needing electric energy, comprising civil houses, public places, facto-ries, and transportation vehicles. The solar cell comprises a photoconductive medium, a photoelectric cell(3) and a light reflection medium. Light is focused on the photon-ab-sorbing surface of the photoelectric cell by a light condenser(5). Light is repeatedly reflect-ed on the photon-absorbing surface of the photoelectric cell, so that the photoelectric cell can obtain a great number of photons at any time and the conversion efficiency of the photoelectric cell can be improved. A method for manufacturing the high-efficiency three--dimensional solar cell is also provided.

L'invention concerne une cellule solaire tridimensionnelle à efficacité élevée, appropriée pour des endroits quelconques nécessitant de l'énergie électrique, notamment des édifices publics, des places publiques, des usines et des véhicules de transport. La cellule solaire comprend un support photoconducteur, une cellule photoélectrique (3) et un milieu de réflexion de lumière. La lumière est focalisée sur une surface de la cellule photoélectrique absorbant les photons au moyen d'un condenseur de lumière (5). La lumière est réfléchie de manière répétitive sur la surface de la cellule photoélectrique absorbant les photons, de sorte que la cellule photoélectrique peut obtenir un grand nombre de photons à tout moment, et que l'efficacité de conversion de la cellule photoélectrique peut être améliorée.
