This invention mainly consists of a water tank with a cylindrical shape where water is heated trough a series of internal tubes that create a circulation flow of the water from them to the water tank. On this manner, the top of the tank receives hot water from the tubes that receive cold water from the bottom of the tank. The circulation of the water inside the tank is made in an ordered manner using a series of battles that restrict water movement. This process creates temperature stratification inside the tank, where hotter water is kept at the upper part. This guarantees that the water initially consumed from upper part of the tank has generally much higher temperatures than the bottom. This increases the water tank capacity in more than 60% fro the same water tank volume. Another innovative process is that the air used for burner, located a the bottom at the tank, comes from the top of the tank, through a tube that surrounds the combustion gases and the heated tubes, creating an insulated barrier from the hot section of the tank to the inner part of the water tank. This provides a safety measure for virtually eliminating the risk of vapour lock explosion issues. The combustion air is also partially pre-heated as it flows downwards the water tank. The burner used in the system is of low intensity and so that is kept operating longer than conventional water tank heating systems to reduce transient operation losses. This guarantees good heat transfer rates to the tube metal surface areas that constantly receive cold water from the bottom of the tank.
