Elastic bushed joint with high filtering power and play controlled by integral stops, comprising an elastic bushing (1) between coaxial rigid components (2) and (3), characterized in that a layer of significant thickness (7) covers each axial-effect shoulder (4) of the inner sleeve (2) to stop axially on the necked-down flange of the outer sleeve (3); in that the stop function, in each axial direction, provides filtering stiffness twice to five times less than the radial stiffness; and in that, beyond the filtering zone, the axial stiffness becomes progressively greater than the value for the said lateral stiffness. Application to vehicle suspension arms and to anti-vibration isolation for mobile or stationary equipment.
Articulation élastique à pouvoir de filtrage élevé et jeu contrôlé par butées incorporées comportant une bague élastique (1) entre éléments rigides coaxiaux (2) et (3), caractérisée en ce qu'une couche d'épaisseur notable (7) revet chaque épaulement à effet axial (4) de la douille d'armature interne (2) pour buter axialement sur le bord rétreint (8) de la bague extérieure d'emmanchement (3), en ce que la fonction de butée, dans chaque sens axial, procure une rigidité de filtrage de deux à cinq fois plus basse que la rigidité radiale, et en ce que, au delà de la zone de filtrage, la rigidité axiale devient progressivement supérieure à la valeur de ladite rigidité radiale. Applications sur bras de suspension de véhicule et en isolation antivibratoire de matériel embarqué ou fixe.
