The invention is a compact high frequency electrical spark generator. The high frequency electrical spark discharge generates ozone gas which is used as a local antiseptic of extraordinary value for the sterilization of blemishes and other skin damage including acne, boils, open ulcers, rashes, cuts and scratches. The high frequency electrical spark discharge also has the ability to stimulate the muscles beneath the skin causing toning of the muscles. The high frequency electrical spark discharge also has the ability to stimulate the skin to allow for the effective penetration of skin care products. This invention uses a diode steering circuit for capacitor charging and a silicon rectifier triggering circuit coupled with an auto-transformer to generate the necessary high voltage charge to a glass enclosed gas filled bulb. The glass enclosed gas filled bulb is capacitively coupled to the auto-transformer to protect the user from electrical shock in case of damage to the glass. The gas in the glass enclosed gas filled bulb can be any gas which allows high frequency electric current to pass through the bulb.
