Provided is a high frequency bar type heater which can be inserted into a hole of an object to be heated even if there is an obstruction above the hole. The high frequency bar type heater comprises a flexible and slender heat resisting and insulating tube (2) having its both ends being closed so as to form a water-tight container; a flexible and slender conductor coil (3) disposed insertedly in said heat resisting and insulating tube (2); a magnetic core (5), sectioned in plural pieces in its longitudinal direction, contained in an inner side of said conductor coil (3); and a flexible cooling water pipe (6) disposed insertedly in said heat resisting and insulating tube (2) so as to cool an interior thereof, thereby said high frequency bar type heater has a flexibility as a whole. Also, said magnetic core may be formed of a flexible material.
Cette invention concerne un élément chauffant haute fréquence de type barre insérable dans un trou de l'objet à chauffer même s'il y a une obstruction au-dessus du trou. L'objet de l'invention comporte un tube isolant réfractaire (2) souple de faible diamètre dont les deux extrémités sont fermées de façon à constituer une enceinte étanche; une bobine conductrice souple et de faible diamètre (3) disposée à l'intérieur dudit tube isolant et réfractaire (2); un noyau magnétique (5) composé d'une pluralité de segments longitudinaux et placé à l'intérieur de la bobine conductrice (3); et une canalisation souple d'eau de refroidissement (6) insérée dans ledit tube souple et réfractaire (2) pour en assurer le refroidissement de l'intérieur, le tout constituant un ensemble souple. En outre, le noyau magnétique peut également être fait de matériau souple.
