HIGH FREQUENCY OZONIZER ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The proposed high frequency tubular ozonizer comprises a low voltage and a high voltage electrodes embodied as coaxial- ly disposed metal pipes, the high voltage electrode is made de- tachable and a portion of said electrode disposed in the dis- charge gap is coated with a dielectric, for example with sili- cate enamel, or said portion is made of a dielectric only, the low voltage electrode is cooled directly with a through coolant flow, preferably water; the voltage electrode is not provided with a through coolant flow but said electrode is cooled with a flow of liquid, preferably water, coming into said electrode through a special pipe; the ozonizer is provided with a reliable centering device, due to which the low voltage and high voltage electrodes can be easily arranged coaxially, which feature is very important for keeping the size of the discharge gap invari- able; the ozonizer according to the proposed embodiment consists of a low voltage and a high voltage units, which can be easily assembled or taken apart, which feature simplifies preventive inspection and replacing the high voltage electrode, whenever said electrode is brought out of operation, to increase working capacity thereof the proposed ozonizers can be either coupled by means of common pipelines to form multielement installations or they can be coupled in a common housing the ozonizers of the proposed embodiment provide for increase of the working capaci- ties 50 -100 fold as compared to capacities of the prior art ozonizers.
