ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cutting tool including a pair of jaws wherein each jaw has a fir t and second end. The jaws are pivotally coupled to each other such that the first ends engage with one another when the jaws are in a closed position. The tool further includes a pair of hollow tubular extensions each having a bend therein said first and second portions merging into one another at said bend. Each second end of one of the jaws extends into the first portion of a respective extension which includes a crimped section that fixedly secures the jaw thereto. When the jaws are in the closed position, the first portions converge toward each other and the second portions diverge from the first portions.
