L'invention concerne un câble optique à hautes performances mécaniques et thermiques, destiné à des applications aériennes ou souterraines, comprenant des fibres optiques (1) logées avec des marges dimensionnelles à l'intérieur de tubes polymères de protection (2) remplis d'un matériau de remplissage (3), une enveloppe externe (6) et des éléments métalliques (8).
