A preparation in powder form for administration through mucosa, comprising a medicine of high molecular weight and a cationic polymer is disclosed. By adding a cationic polymer (in particular, a copolymer of aminoalkylmethacrylate or polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate) or a cationic polymer plus a viscous polymer to a medicine of high molecular weight for producing a preparation in powder form, it is possible to achieve effective absorption of the medicine of high molecular weight through mucosa.

L'invention porte sur une préparation en poudre destinée à être administrée par les muqueuses et comprenant un médicament polymère et un polymère cationique. On obtient cette préparation en ajoutant un polymère cationique [notamment un copolymère de méthacrylate aminoalkyle ou un poly (vinyl acétal diéthylaminoacétate)] à un médicament polymère, et éventuellement un polymère épaississant, et à transformer le mélange en poudre. Le médicament polymère peut être ainsi efficacement absorbé par une muqueuse.
