ABSTRACT HIGH PRESSURE SENSOR A pressure sensor for a vehicle engine cylinder head has a thin walled cup-shaped member 1 providing a diaphragm 2 and sealed at 3 by a sealing washer 6. An inner sleeve 7 acts as a stiffener for the cup-shaped member 1, as a guide for a push rod 8 and as a heat sink for sinking heat from the diaphragm into the cylinder head of the engine.
