ABSTRACT In a process system for the transmission of a gas or liquid at high pressures through a sleeve or tube of plastic film, the tube is totally covered by a tightly woven fabric of fiber glass cords in one or more layers forming a sleeve of equal diameter. The bursting strength of this assembly in resistance to the pressurized gas or liquid within is totally maintained by the outer sleeve, with the interior sleeve of plastic film serving only as a gas or liquid proof membrane container for transmission purposes.
