ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention aluminum conductor has increase of its electric resistance kept small at ultra low temperature of below 30°K even after cyclic strain is given at such temperature. The high purity aluminum conductor is made of high purity aluminum with purity of 99.98 to 99.9999 wt %, and containing at least one of effective metallic and semimetallic elements. The conductor having the increase of its electric resist- ivity kept smaller is made by adding the effective elements to the high purity aluminum and then optionally controlling its crystal orientation.
