A B S T R A C T This invention pertains to a process for pro- ducing highly resilient flexible polyurethane foams and to polyurethane foams made by the process. The process includes the steps of reacting a polyether polyol and a crosslinking agent with a polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst, a cell control agent and a blowing agent and is characterized in that at least a portion of the crosslinking agent is an aminocyclohexylmethanamine having at least seven carbon atoms. The process is suitable for producing molded and slab stock polyurethane foams. The foams are used in cushioning applications such as furniture and automobile seating.
