A high security installation comprises an openable outer cabinet; an openable inner cabinet insulated from said outer cabinet; a device for electrifying the inner shell to impart a non-lethal electric stun shock to an unauthorized person coming into contact therewith; and a device for arming the inner shell when the outer shell is locked. A control device activates the electrifying device in the event of unauthorized access.
