ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A high-sensitivity differential refractometer has a light source disposed outside a housing, and a light-refracting arrangement formed of a cell, lenses and a reflecting window provided with an optical axis adjusting unit, a light-sensing device, an optical base, and a liquid chromatographic column which are disposed inside the housing. A conduit is provided for introducing a test specimen of liquid substance into the cell.
