The present invention is a high speed cutting belt for cutting various aggregate and non-aggregate, natural stone and composite building materials with steel or non-steel reinforced materials. The cutting belt comprises a tensile member base, a plurality of cutting segments brazed with brass shim stock to anchors and crimped to the tensile member base, and molded in urethane to form a continuous, flexible belt, said belt having a 90~ "V" shaped bottom inner surface and a flat, outer top surface.
Cette courroie de coupe à haute vitesse permet de couper différents matériaux de construction composites ou pierres naturelles, comprenant ou non des agrégats, avec des matériaux renforcés ou non par de l'acier. Cette courroie de coupe comporte une base extensible, plusieurs segments de coupe brasés avec une épaisseur de métal sur des ancrages et sertis sur cette base et moulés en uréthane, afin de former une ceinture souple continue qui présente une surface interne, dont la partie inférieure forme un "V" à 90 ·, et une surface supérieure externe plate.
