The invention relates to a method for producing guide elements that are particularly for use in the stacker industry, during which a mill-cutting operation is carried out by a position-controlled mill-cutting body (34) with cutting discs of a large diameter (36, 41, 42), and the flow of material inside the high-speed milling cutter system (1) ensues autonomously via an integrated stacking device (18) consisting of manipulators (12, 13) and of turning stations (53, 54). In order to carry out the inventive method, the high-speed milling cutter system (1) comprises a position-controlled mill- cutting body (34) with cutting discs of a large diameter (36, 41, 42) and a stacking device (18) consisting of manipulators (12, 13) and of turning stations (53, 54).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des éléments de guidage, s'utilisant notamment dans l'industrie du gerbage, selon lequel une opération de fraisage est effectuée par un corps de fraisage (34) à position régulée et comportant des disques de fraisage de diamètre important (36, 41, 42), le flux de matière à l'intérieur du système de fraisage à coupe rapide (1) s'effectuant de manière autonome par un dispositif de gerbage (18) intégré composé de manipulateurs (12, 13) et de postes de retournement (53, 54). Le système de fraisage à coupe rapide (1) prévu pour mettre ledit procédé en oeuvre le procédé selon l'invention présente un corps de fraisage (34) à position régulée et comportant des disques de fraisage de diamètre important (36, 41, 42), ainsi qu'un dispositif de gerbage (18) composé de manipulateurs (12, 13) et de postes de retournement (53, 54).
