The invention features the manufacture of assembly parts comprising two plastic workpieces, mutually movable with at least one configuration where their contact surfaces conform to complementary shapes. It comprises the following steps: a) forming a first piece (3') by bringing closer an external tooling (50, 51), the impression of which defines a generally convex surface and an internal tooling (40, 41) comprising at least one core (40) fitting into the internal surface volume; b) moving the first external tooling (50, 51) away and maintaining the internal tooling (40, 41); c) positioning a second external tooling (55), the impression of which defines with, the generally convex surface of the first piece, a volume of low thickness relative to the said convex surface; d) moulding the second piece (5') with a plastic material heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the plastic material of the first piece (3'); e) spacing the toolings and extracting the assembly of two pieces (3', 5').

Fabrication d'assemblages comprenant deux pièces en matières plastiques, mobiles entre elles avec au moins une configuration où leurs surfaces de contact épousent des formes complémentaires. Il comporte les étapes suivantes: a) mise en forme d'une première pièce (3') par rapprochement d'un outillage (50, 51) externe dont l'empreinte définit une surface de forme globalement convexe et un outillage interne (40, 41) comportant au moins un noyau (40) entrant dans le volume interne de cette surface; b) écartement du premier outillage (50, 51) externe et maintien de l'outillage (40, 41) interne; c) mise en place d'un deuxième outillage (55) externe dont l'empreinte délimite avec et la surface globalement convexe de la première pièce (3') un volume de faible épaisseur au regard de ladite surface convexe; d) moulage de la deuxième pièce (5') avec une matière plastique portée à une température supérieure à la température de fusion de la matière plastique de la première pièce (3'); e) écartement des outillages et extraction de l'ensemble des deux pièces (3', 5').
