Abstract of the Disclosure A light sensitive screen printing composition containing A. a water soluble binder; and B. a photosensitive component having both (a) and (b): (a) 4-diazo diphenyl amine condensed with formaldehyde and dissolved in phosphoric acid; and (b) one or both of (i) and (ii): (i) the condensation product of 3-methoxy-4- diazodiphenylamine bisulfate with 4,4'- bis(methoxymethyl)diphenyl ether precipitated with methane sulfonate; (ii) the condensation product of 3-methoxy-4- diazo diphenyl amine bisulfate with 4,4'- bis(methoxymethyl)diphenyl ether dissolved in phosphoric acid; and C. water.
