The invention provides a high strength cold rolled steel sheet comprising ferrite phases and second phases, in which the mean grain size of the ferrite phases is 20 µ m or less, the volume fraction of the second phase is 0.1% or more to less than 10%, the absolute value ¦ .DELTA. r ¦ of in-plane anisotropy of r value is less than 0.15, and the thickness is 0.4mm or more. The high strength cold rolled steel sheet of the present invention has a tensile strength of 370 to 590MPa, and has excellent stretchability, dent resistance, surface precision, secondary working embrittlement, anti-aging, and surface appearance, therefore it is suitable for outer panels of automobile.
L'invention concerne un feuillard laminé à froid à résistance élevée comprenant une phase de ferrite et une phase de transformation à basse température, la phase de ferrite présentant une granulométrie moyenne de 20 mu m ou moins et la phase de transformation à basse température présentant un rapport volumique de 0,1 à moins de 10 %. Le feuillard laminé à froid à résistance élevée présente une valeur absolue d'anisotropie dans le plan de valeur r, < DELTA r?, inférieure à 0,15 et possède une épaisseur de 0,4 mm ou plus. Ledit feuillard laminé à froid à résistance élevée présente une résistance de 370 à 590 Mpa, une excellente moulabilité de bombement, une résistance à la déformation dans le plan, une résistance à la friabilité, une résistance au vieillissement et des propriétés de surface. De ce fait, le feuillard laminé à froid à résistance élevée convient pour être utilisé, par exemple, comme panneaux extérieurs d'automobile.
