A high strength galvanized steel sheet having a low yield stress and superior anti-aging property and bake hardenability and a method for manufacturing the same are provided, and even if a general heat treatment cycle in a CGl is performed, the high strength galvanized steel sheet can be obtained without using expensive Mo. The high strength galvanized steel sheet has a composition which contains, on a mass percent basis, 0.01% to less than 0.08% of C, 0.2% or less of Si, more than 1.0% to 1.8% of Mn, 0.10% or less of P, 0.03% or less of S, 0.1% or less of Al, 0.008% or less of N, more than 0.5% of Cr, and the balance being iron and inevitable impurities, in which 1.9<=Mn (mass percent) +1.3Cr (mass percent)<=2.8 holds. In addition, the microstructure includes a ferrite phase and 2% to 15% of martensite on an area ratio basis, and the total area ratio of perlite and/or bainite is 1.0% or less. In manufacturing the above high strength galvanized steel sheet, when annealing and galvanizing treatments are performed after cold rolling, the temperature and the cooling rate are controlled.
L'invention porte sur une feuille d'acier galvanisé par trempage à chaud de haute résistance, qui même, au début du cycle thermodynamique CGL ordinaire, a une faible limite élastique et présente une excellente résistance au vieillissement naturel et une excellente aptitude au durcissement par étuvage sans reposer sur l'utilisation de Mo coûteux ; et sur un procédé de fabrication de ladite feuille. La composition des constituants de celle-ci comprend 0,01 à moins de 0,08 % de C, 0,2 % ou moins de Si, plus de 1,0 à 1,8 % de Mn, 0,10 % ou moins de P, 0,03 % ou moins de S, 0,1 % ou moins de Al, 0,008 % ou moins de N et plus de 0,5 % de Cr de telle sorte que la relation 1,9 = Mn (% en masse) + 1,3 Cr (% en masse) = 2 soit satisfaite et comprenant le complément constitué par du fer et les impuretés inévitables. La structure de celle-ci présente une phase de ferrite et une phase de martensite dans un rapport surfacique de 2 à 15 %, et le rapport surfacique cumulé de la phase de perlite et/ou de la phase du bainite est de 1,0 % ou moins. Dans la fabrication de cette feuille d'acier galvanisé par trempage à chaud, la température et la vitesse de refroidissement sont contrôlées pendant l'opération de recuit/placage après le laminage à froid.
