This invention provides a high strength galvanized steel sheet having a TS of 590 MPa or more and excellent processability, and a method for manufacturing the same. The component composition contains, by mass%, C: 0.05% to 0.3%, Si: 0.7% to 2.7%, Mn: 0.5% to 2.8%, P: 0.1% or lower, S: 0.01% or lower, Al: 0.1% or lower, and N: 0.008% or lower, and the balance: Fe or inevitable impurities. A microstructure contains, in terms of area ratio, ferrite phases: 30% to 90%, bainite phases: 3% to 30%, and martensite phases: 5% to 40%, in which, among the martensite phases, martensite phases having an aspect ratio of 3 or more are present in a proportion of 30% or more. Preferably, retained austenite phases are contained in a proportion of 2% or more in terms of volume fraction and the average crystal grain diameter of the retained austenite phases is 2.0 µm or lower.
L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier revêtue de zinc en bain fondu à haute résistance, qui présente une valeur de résistance à la traction (TS) d'au moins 590 MPa et une excellente aptitude au façonnage, et un procédé de fabrication de ladite tôle d'acier. La composition contient, en masse, C : de 0,05 à 0,3 %, Si : de 0,7 à 2,7 %, Mn : de 0,5 à 2,8 %, P : 0,1 % ou moins, S : 0,01 % ou moins, Al : 0,1 % ou moins et N : 0,008 % ou moins, le reste étant constitué par du Fe et par les impuretés inévitables. La structure comporte, en termes de fraction surfacique, de 30 à 90 % de phase de ferrite, de 3 à 30 % de phase de bainite et de 5 à 40 % de phase de martensite, au moins 30 % de la phase de martensite ayant des rapports largeur/longueur de 3 ou plus. On préfère que la structure contienne au moins 2 % de phase d'austénite résiduelle en termes de fraction volumique et que le diamètre moyen de grain de l'austénite résiduelle soit d'au plus 2,0 µm.
