Abstract of the Disclosure A paving composition formed of aggregate mixed with substantially unblown asphalt modified by dispersing a metal catalyst throughout the asphalt. The catalyst includes one or more of the following metal ions - manganese, copper, or cobalt. The composition is employed for paving roads by conventional techniques. -1-
