A high strength thin steel plate, characterized in that it has a chemical composition, in mass %, that C: 0.03 to 0.25 %, Si: 0.4 to 2.0, Mn: 0.8 to 3.1 %, P <= 0.02 %, S <= 0.02 %, Al <= 2.0 %, N <= 0.01 % and the balance: Fe, and a microstructure wherein ferrite is 10 to 85 area %, retained austenite is 1 to 10 vol %, tempered martensite is 10 to 60 area %, and the balance is bainite; and a method for producing the above high strength thin steel plate on an industrial scale. The above high strength thin steel plate has a tensile strength of 500 MPa or more, and also is excellent in elongation and bore expanding characteristics.
L'invention concerne une mince plaque d'acier très résistante, caractérisée en ce qu'elle possède la composition chimique suivante, en % de masse : C: de 0,03 à 0,25 %, Si: de 0,4 à 2,0 %, Mn: de 0,8 à 3,1 %, P = 0,02 %, S = 0,02 %, Al = 2,0 %, N = 0,01 % et le reste : Fe, et une microstructure où la ferrite entre pour 10 à 85 % en superficie, l'austénite retenue entre pour 1 à 10 % en volume, la martensite revenue entre pour 10 à 60 % en superficie, et le reste est constitué de bainite ; et un procédé de fabrication de la mince plaque d'acier très résistante ci-dessus à échelle industrielle. La mince plaque d'acier très résistante décrite ci-dessus présente une résistance à la traction supérieure ou égale à 500 MPa, et accuse également d'excellentes caractéristiques d'allongement et d'expansion d'alésage.
