The present invention is directed to a reversibly closable vessel suitable for the cultivation of cells and/or tissues, comprising at least one reversibly closable aperture in the vessel wall, a convection means inside said vessel, said means comprising at least one blade (120) and said means being capable to generate and/or modulate a convection in a fluid within said vessel when at least one of the vessel and the blade is agitated, wherein at least one of the convection means and the blade is at least particularly made from a porous material.
La présente invention porte sur un récipient pouvant être fermé de façon réversible, approprié pour la culture de cellules et/ou tissus. Ce récipient comprend au moins une ouverture apte à être fermée de façon réversible dans la paroi du récipient, un moyen de convection à l'intérieur dudit récipient, ledit moyen comprenant au moins une pale (120) et ledit moyen étant capable de générer et/ou de moduler une convection dans un fluide à l'intérieur dudit récipient lorsqu'au moins l'un du récipient et de la pale est agité, au moins l'un du moyen de convection et de la pale étant au moins particulièrement fait d'une matière poreuse.
