In a system of high temperature Carbon Dioxide waste stream removal, it is known to have a two to three jacket sodium-containing wall around the fusion reaction or reactor, and the temperature of the jackets will each be maintained by the application of Carbon Dioxide as a temperature flux modulator. The first jacket will abstract heat from the fusion reaction by circulation and will transfer the heat to an ancillary rear where temperatures of 1700 degrees Celsius or higher are made to contact the Carbon Dioxide waste gas and reform it into carbon black powder and monatomic Oxygen. The second two layers will provide circulation of heat fluxes and naturally occurring heat away from the reactor, and both of these layers will be temperature controlled by Carbon Dioxide. The system includes an electrostatic overload safety mechanism for the fusion reaction provided by any number of high temperature rods that are positioned around the fusion reaction and will collect unstable ar undesired electrostatic charge overloads occurring from or near the fusion reaction, which can be used directly, or through adequate power conditioning or disposal. A small version of this system, with modifications, is proposed for larger mobile Carbon Dioxide sources.
