ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A high thermal conductivity pitch-based carbon fiber characterized by having a thermal conductivity in the axial direction of fiber vf 300 to 1,500 W/m/K, a ratio of stack height (Lc 002) of the crystalline structure of the fiber/density (p) of 70 to 500, a degree of agglutination of 0 to 30%, and a compressive strength of 0.2 to 0.5 GPa.
