A fluid heating system with a heat exchanger includes an elongated cylindrical tube with an inlet end and an opposed end. An array of film resistive elements is positioned on the outer surface of the cylindrical tube and extends circumferentially at least partially around the outer surface. A spiral channel guide is coaxially positioned within the cylindrical tube so as to force fluid flowing in the tube into a spiral path at least partially against an inner surface of the cylindrical tube. The spiral channel guide directs fluid flowing in the cylindrical tube so as to cause turbulence to occur in the flow and increase thermal transfer from the inner surface of the cylindrical tube to the fluid flowing in the tube.
L'invention concerne un système de chauffage fluidique équipé d'un échangeur thermique comportant un tube cylindrique allongé doté d'une extrémité admission et d'une extrémité opposée. Un réseau d'éléments résistifs à film est placé sur la surface extérieure du tube cylindrique et s'étend circonférentiellement au moins partiellement autour de la surface extérieure. Un guide de canal spiralé est placé coaxialement à l'intérieur du tube cylindrique de façon à forcer le fluide s'écoulant dans le tube à prendre un chemin spiralé au moins partiellement par rapport à une surface interne du tube cylindrique. Le guide de canal spiralé dirige le fluide s'écoulant dans le tube cylindrique de façon à provoquer des turbulences dans l'écoulement et à augmenter le transfert thermique partant de la surface interne du tube cylindrique en direction du fluide s'écoulant dans le tube.
