A component of a chemical mixture is isolated via a high-throughput purification process. An analytical retention time and corresponding analytical chromatographic parameters are determined for the component. Based on the analytical retention time and the corresponding analytical chromatographic parameters, preparative chromatographic parameters are determined to isolate the component at an accelerated retention time using a preparative column. The chemical mixture is eluted through the preparative column using the preparative chromatographic parameters, and the component is isolated at the accelerated retention time.

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un procédé de purification à haut rendement pour isoler un composant d'un mélange chimique. En l'occurrence, on calcule pour ce composant un temps de rétention analytique et des paramètres correspondants d'analyses chromatographiques. Sur la base de ces résultats, on détermine des paramètres de chromatographie préparative permettant d'isoler le composé avec un temps de rétention accéléré par utilisation d'une colonne préparative. En utilisation les paramètres de chromatographie préparative, on réalise une élution du mélange chimique dans la colonne préparative, puis on isole le composant avec un temps de rétention accéléré.
