A high-torque fastener (24) having a threaded shaft (26) and a star-shaped head (40) is disclosed. The high-torque fastener (24) is made of a resorbable or other non-magnetic material. A mating driver (22) snugly fits around the star-shaped head (40) of the fastener (24), to thereby apply torque to the perimeter of the star-shaped head (40). The driver (22) can be made disposable, and the driver and fastener (20) packaged together in a single, disposable assembly. Additionally, the driver (22) can be color coded to indicate the size of the fastener (24) which is pre-attached to the driver (22) in the packaging.

L'invention concernent une vis de fixation à fort couple, à axe fileté et à tête en étoile, en matériau résorbable ou autre matière non magnétique. Un élément de pilotage de couple s'adapte étroitement autour de ladite tête, de manière à appliquer le couple au périmètre de la tête en question. Cet élément peut être jetable, et il est possible de conditionner l'élément considéré et la vis de fixation selon un ensemble jetable unique. Par ailleurs, l'élément de pilotage de couple peut être doté d'un code de couleur, afin d'indiquer la taille de la vis préalablement rattachée audit élément dans le conditionnement.
