Gel dishwashing detergent compositions are prepared containing, by weight, from about 10% to 50% of one or more anionic surfactants, from about 8% to about 40% of a monoalkylolamide of a higher fatty acid, from about 3% to about 40% of a dialkylolamide of a higher fatty acid, and from about 10% to 50% water. A process for making the stable high viscosity detergent gel composition and avoiding phase separation is claimed.
Des compositions de détergent à vaisselle en gel sont préparées contenant, en poids, d'environ 10 % à 50 % d'un ou de plusieurs surfactants anioniques, d'environ 8 % à environ 40 % d'un monoalkylolamide d'un acide gras supérieur, d'environ 3 % à environ 40 % d'un dialkylolamide d'un acide gras supérieur, et d'environ 10 % à 50 % d'eau. Un procédé pour fabriquer la composition stable de détergent en gel de viscosité élevée et pour éviter la séparation de phase est également revendiqué.
