To provide a protecting constitution to realize rational design of a rear arm to well protect a high-voltage wire connected to a control unit in the electric vehicle in which the control unit of the motor to drive the vehicle is mounted to the rear arm. In the high-voltage wire protecting constitution of an electric vehicle in which a rear swing arm is provided with a motor driver and a high-voltage wire, an arm of a main stand is arranged to wrap the external side of the high-voltage wire, as the wire protecting member which is separately constituted from the rear swing arm, to also give the function to protect the high-voltage wire to the main stand.
