The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an active principal of natural human antibodies of the isotype IgG, blocking the activity of a human cytokine selected from VEGF, IFN.alpha., IL-4, TNF.alpha. and TGF.beta., said antibody blocking at least 50 % of the maximum biological activity induced by a quantity ranging from 0.006 ng to 0.05 ng of said cytokine <i>in vitro</i>.
L~invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique comprenant, à titre de principe actif, des anticorps naturels humains d~isotype IgG, neutralisant l~activité d~une cytokine humaine choisie parmi le VEGF, l~IFN.alpha. l~IL-4, le TNF.alpha., et le TGF.beta., lesdits anticorps neutralisants inhibant au moins 50 % du maximum d~activité biologique induite par une quantité allant de 0,006 ng à 0,05 ng de ladite cytokine in vitro.
