The invention relates to a highchair with adjustable seat, comprising a frame and support means which are connected to the frame and which form a bearing plane for supporting the frame on a floor. The invention is characterized in that the frame comprises at least two substantially parallel uprights which in a position of use of the chair protrude at least partly obliquely above the bearing plane, and wherein the highchair further comprises a part adjustable along the uprights, which is provided with engaging means for engaging the two uprights, wherein the engaging means has at least one receiving chamber for engaging part of the way round the upright.
L'invention concerne une chaise haute à siège réglable comprenant un châssis et un moyen de support qui sont reliés au châssis et qui forment un plan porteur servant à poser le châssis sur un plancher. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le châssis comprend au moins deux montants sensiblement parallèles qui, dans une position d'utilisation de la chaise, dépassent au moins partiellement obliquement au-dessus du plan porteur. La chaise haute comprend également une partie réglable le long des montants qui est pourvue de moyens de contact permettant d'entrer en contact avec les deux montants, ces moyens de contact comprenant au moins une chambre réceptrice destinée à entrer en contact avec une partie du pourtour du montant.
