A water-absorbent composite in the form of a sheet comprising, as main components, a fiber base material in a web form, a super water-absorbent resin and a binder component which combines both the materials, characterized in that the composite may be prepared by a method wherein (a) the fiber base material in a web form is a non-bonded web being almost free of a bonding between fibers thereof, (b) a liquid mixture systme which comprises a medium containing the super water-absorbent resin and the binder component as main components is used, (c) the liquid component is separated from the composite web, to thereby perform the fixing of the super water- absorbent resin to the fiber base material in a web form and the bonding between individual webs of the fiber substrate in a web form ant the same time. A method for preparing such a super water-absorbent composite in the form of a sheet is also provided.
La présente invention concerne un composite super hydrophile en forme de feuille, renfermant comme composants principaux un matériau à base fibreuse en forme de réseau, une résine super hydrophile, et un constituant de liaison qui associe ces deux matériaux. En l'occurrence, ce composite peut être préparé selon un procédé dans lequel: (a) le matériau à base fibreuse en forme de réseau constitue un réseau non lié dans lequel il n'y a pratiquement pas de liant entre ses fibres, (b) un système de mélange liquide contenant un milieu qui renferme la résine super hydrophile et le constituant de liaison comme composants principaux est utilisé, (c) le système de mélange liquide est ajouté au matériau à base fibreuse en forme de réseau de manière à les associer, et former ainsi un réseau composite, (d) un composant liquide est séparé du réseau composite, afin de réaliser à la fois la fixation de la résine super hydrophile au matériau à base fibreuse en forme de réseau, et celle des réseaux individuels du substrat fibreux en forme de réseau. Par ailleurs, cette invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un tel composite super hydrophile en forme de feuille.
