The invention relates to aqueous solutions of meloxicam, free of cyclodextrins which may be injected without a needle, comprising a pharmacologically- acceptable meloxicam salt, an organic or inorganic base and one or several suitable adjuncts, whereby the content of dissolved meloxicam salt is in the range of 35 to 100 mg/ml. Said formulation has a storage life of up to 24 months or more.

Cette solution contient un sel de meloxicam pharmacologiquement acceptable provenant d'une base organique ou inorganique, ainsi qu'un ou plusieurs adjuvants adaptés, la teneur en sel de meloxicam dissous étant comprise entre 35 et 100 mg/ml.
