A solid proteinase K preparation insoluble in water and obtainable by adding to an aqueous solution of proteinase K ammonium sulfate in an amount of 0.1 to 0.2 M per 5 minutes up to a final amount of 1.5 to 2 M after 1 hour, and isolating the precipitated proteinase K has a high purity.

L'invention concerne une préparation de protéinase K solide insoluble dans l'eau et pouvant être obtenue par ajout dans une solution aqueuse de sulfate d'ammonium de protéinase K dans une quantité comprise entre 0,1 et 0,2 M par 5 minutes jusqu'à une quantité finale comprise entre 1,5 et 2 M après 1 heure et par isolation de la protéinase K précipitée, celle-ci possédant une pureté élevée.
