The present invention relates particularly to a highly specific surface for biological reactions, characterized in that it comprises a support having at the surface at least one substantially compact layer of an organic compound presenting, outside the layer, an exposed grouping comprising a double ethylenic bond having an affinity for a type of molecule having a biological activity in certain reaction conditions, the other elements of the layer being substantially not accessible by said molecules in said reaction conditions.
La présente invention concerne notamment une surface hautement spécifique pour réactions biologiques, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un support présentant en surface au moins une couche essentiellement compacte d'un composé organique présentant, à l'extérieur de la couche, un groupement exposé comportant une double liaison éthylénique ayant une affinité pour un type de molécule à activité biologique dans certaines conditions de réaction, les autres éléments de la couche étant essentiellement non accessibles pour lesdites molécules dans lesdites conditions de réaction.
