Disclosed herein is a hinge arrangement for a collapsible sleeve; the hinge arrangement comprising a first hinge element and a second hinge element, each of the hinge elements having a hinge portion to couple the first and second hinge elements together for rotational movement therebetween, and a mounting portion arranged to mount the hinge element to one edge of a wall panel; each of the hinge portions further including a pair of ends with a projection formed on one of the ends and a projection-receiving recess on the other of the ends; the hinge portions being further arranged so that the projection is engageable with the recess so that one hinge portion may be rotated relative to the other about a rotation axis; and each of the mounting portions having mounting means for mounting a wall panel thereto.
